Love scene with Ranbir Kapoor in 'Tamasha' is passionate - Deepika Padukone

When we asked Deepika Padukone about the intense love scene with Ranbir Kapoor in 'Tamasha', the actress said: "It's as intense and passionate as a love scene should be for those particular characters for that kind of film."

Lovers Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone share a sizzling onscreen chemistry is a given. While fans will have to wait for a month more before ‘Tamasha’ hits the screens in India, grapevine is already buzzing with news of the duo having upped the glam quotient in the film by shooting an extremely intense and passionate love scene including a sizzling liplock.

When we asked Deepika Padukone about the intense love scene with Ranbir in the film, the actress said: “It’s as intense and passionate as a love scene should be for those particular characters for that kind of film.” 

Deepika Padukone also flayed rumours doing the rounds suggesting that she asked director Imtiaz Ali to edit out a particular scene involving herself and Ranbir from the film as it apparently had connotations which could be linked to her currently personal life.
Denying these reports, Deepika said, “It is not at all true. I don’t get involved in telling anyone anything and someone like Imtiaz is very clear about what the script is and what kind of scenes we are shooting and what is required from actors. We are all pretty much on the same page. So when we do a film, we know what we are getting into.
